1. Nature of the Product

The website openperpetualpathbook.com exclusively sells a digital product: the book Open Perpetual Path, available in EPUB and PDF format. We do not sell physical products, and this policy describes how you get access to the digital product purchased, not a physical delivery by courier or mail.

2. Method of Delivery

Since the product is 100% digital, there is no physical delivery, courier, waybill (AWB), or tracking number. Delivery is instant, by email, at the time of purchase: after completing your order and confirming payment, you automatically receive, at the email address used for the order, a message with the download link(s) for the EPUB and PDF files. There is no need to wait for the product — the download link is sent as soon as payment is completed.

You can also download the product at any time from your account on the website, under “My Account” → “Orders”, by accessing the relevant order.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery is instant (usually within a few minutes of payment confirmation) — the download link is automatically generated by the website’s system as soon as payment is confirmed. We do not charge delivery/shipping costs, regardless of the payment method chosen.

4. Validity of the Download Link

Once purchased, the digital product remains available for download from your account, with no subscription and no expiration.

5. What to Do If You Don’t Receive the Email

If, within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, you have not received the email with the download link:

• check your Spam/Junk or Promotions folder;
• check whether the email address entered at checkout is correct (you can see it in your account, under Orders);
• write to us at contact@openperpetualpathbook.com, mentioning your order number — we will manually resend the download link.

6. Technical Issues

The EPUB file can be read using apps such as Apple Books, Google Play Books, or Calibre, and the PDF file with any standard PDF reader. If you encounter errors downloading or opening the files, write to us at the address above and we will help.

7. International Delivery

Since delivery is exclusively electronic, the product can be purchased anywhere with internet access, subject to any restrictions mentioned in the website’s Terms and Conditions.
